thisweekWe rigorously tested two sets of waterproof clothing. One a budget set bought from Oxfam for £7.00, the other a set of Frank Thomas's finest costing £50. To make it a fair test, Moff our intrepid reporter did not wear any waterproof clothing. So the question is......

The Professor gives his thumbs-up to Frank Thomas's waterproofs. At £50 they are not too expensive, but they do keep you completely dry and they pack away into a small pack for easy storage and carrying around on your bike.
The Oxfam ones didn't do too badly either, a few wet patches, not  too much to worry about and a bargain at £7.00. Watch out for more stringent tests coming this way soon.
It was pointed out that Moff, who was not wearing any waterproofs got completely soaked. Ha!
